Lovely location in the good area, near Old City. Large and compact rooms with a particularly nice view on Donau and castle.

Amazingly nice staff, nice views of the old town and the river, everything is very good.

The location is great and fantastic, 10 minutes' walk to a main church.

The provided service was friendly. Appreciated our rooms with good facilities. All the staff was consistently courteous and accommodating and greeted us warmly.

I had the comfort queen room which was huge and new-fashioned. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cathedral Passau was magnificent.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Passau. The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. Our room overlooked the beautiful Danube River, providing stunning views. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and directions. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety and high quality. I especially appreciated the large size of our room, it felt like a suite. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near a pedestrian mall, making shopping and exploring the city a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, value, and excellent service.

Fairly clean hotel, very polite staff & great and incredible location close to good restaurants. Location just next door to the promenade for 30 minutes, PASSAU/GERMANY and the pedestrian zone. A lot of food options not too far from the venue. Irish bar with good drinks.

this was a very nice stay for those hot humid nights. overall it was new-fashioned and airy with 2 queen beds.

Perfect location. Easy to find. Sekt on arrival. Very spacious lovely room overlooking Donau. High Quality furniture. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom very good. Best breakfast ever including Sekt. Very pleasant and helpfull staff.

Free Parking is limited to only 5 garage spaces. Fortunately having a disabled badge overcame this issue so parking on the Donau in front of the hotel was not a problem. Payment is generally required from 0900 - 1800 hrs otherwise.

Fresh bread and meats were great and overall there was variety of food. Location in the centre of the city was a plus.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, right on the doorstep of the charming old town. We enjoyed the view of the church from our room, and the beds were surprisingly large and comfortable. The hotel also provided all the necessary small things we needed. However, we didn't try the breakfast, so we can't comment on that. We opted to use the free public parking spaces in front of the hotel instead of the available garage.

The room was a disappointment, dirty and small, definitely not up to par for a 4-star hotel. When I complained at reception, the attitude was dismissive and unhelpful.
